How to Request Deletion

1. Open the FlashMind AI mobile app.
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request in the in-app confirmation dialog.
4. If you cannot access the app, send an email to kynrdesign@gmail.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Data Deleted After Request

• Account profile data (email, display name, account metadata).
• Uploaded learning documents and generated study content.
• In-app generated outputs such as quizzes, flashcards, and summaries.
• User-level usage state tied to the account.

Data Retained and Retention Periods

• Billing and tax records: retained up to 10 years where legally required.
• Fraud and abuse prevention logs: retained up to 12 months.
• Store transaction records: retained according to Apple and Google policies.

Deletion Timeline

Requests are handled as soft delete first, then permanently purged after 30 days. During this period, account access may be disabled.
